Quad Sr. Digital Content Manager in Bentonville, Arkansas

Responsible for developing and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote a company's products and services. This role involves creating compelling content, building and executing email campaigns, and overseeing digital media initiatives, including websites. The Sr. Digital Content Manager will analyze data to enhance the company's digital marketing performance, ensure quality control for all digitized materials, and track statistics to drive continuous improvement.

This role is on-site in office in Bentonville, AR.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop timelines for multichannel projects, detailing each step from strategy to production.

  • Facilitate daily/weekly status meetings to refine workflows for speed and quality.

  • Ensure stewardship of the client’s brand and project expectations, meeting deliverables and objectives with precision.

  • Create job schedules, progress analyses, and status updates to keep all parties informed on feedback and next steps.

  • Manage projects through all lifecycle stages, with accountability for deliverables and execution.

  • Clearly define the scope of work to forecast timelines and address information gaps.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to negotiate, creatively problem-solve, and build strategic relationships.

  • Guide the team in client knowledge, skillset enhancement, and the utilization of project management tools.

  • Articulate project reports clearly and effectively to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of integrated project management experience in an agency or retail setting.

  • A quick learner with an obsessive curiosity, eager to adapt to new tools and technologies.

  • Proven project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing projects.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond quickly to client needs.

  • Strong knowledge of multichannel functionalities, including project scope and QA/QC processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and project management methodologies preferred.

  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, and web development/content management tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) desired.

  • A record of accomplishment leading projects and team goals, demonstrating ownership and driving results.

  • Experience in B2C marketing is a plus, along with familiarity with project management tools like Workfront.
