Transpak - is seeking a Crew Floor Leader who will work in the Franklin location. The plant supervisor should possess supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
Providing Leadership on the floor in a professional and timely manner. Providing the crew with daily instruction and expectation. Ensure PPE and Safety Procedures are being followed. Ensuring customer orders are shipped on a timely basis. Work areas are clean and organized. Communicating with Operations Manager and Plant Director concerning customer and employee issues. Required Qualifications:
High school diploma required, college degree preferred Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal communication Able to run and understand all machinery. Able to supervise and lead the box shop/government departments Able to read and communicate information to employees on details of the many government specs. Able to draw and design different style boxes for the box shop and government areas. Preferred Qualifications:
