QuadMed is looking for a part-time Physician Assistant to join our team at our Constellium Health Center in Ravenswood, WV. Work with a tight-knit team to provide on-site Primary Care and Occupational Healthcare to our patients at Constellium.

This is a part-time position, 20 hours a week.

Job Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have completed a Master’s Degree level Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.

• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure and National Board Certification

• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care

• NPI & DEA

• Background in working with pediatric patients a plus
