Quad/Graphics IT Product Specialist in Sussex, Wisconsin

Quad/Graphics’ IT team oversees our company’s vast technology infrastructure. Our service and support are the backbone that enables every other department to function productively. Our MultiChannel Development team is looking to add two IT Product Specialists to their team, to support Pimcore and Workfront, separately. Both positions will have responsibility for being the product specialist and primary subject matter expert for configuration, upgrades, technical assistance, and on-boarding for all specific users.


  • Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field


  • Pimcore

  • Preferred 1 year experience in Pimcore or related technology, 1 year experience in customer account management


  • Workfront

  • 1 year experience in Workfront, 1 year experience in Technical Support, Workfront Certified Partner Training a plus

  • Professional attitude, image, demeanor, confidentiality

  • Proficient planning and organization skills, initiative, accountability, detail oriented.

  • Able to use judgment and independent thinking in the resolution of issues and in the interpretation of data.

  • Must be able to bring examples of the ability to meet deadlines and manage a project through completion Competent with time management, deadlines and multiple projects

  • Heavy emphasis on account management, project management and implementation management with frequent customer interaction.
