Quad Site Support Intern in Sussex, Wisconsin

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

Focused on the support, maintenance and operations of IT systems and related technologies. Effectively troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis in an attempt to resolve incidents by providing professional, courteous, timely and dependable communication with team assistance as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep storage area’s organized

  • Perform E-waste and follow SOP’s

  • Shipping and Receiving product

  • Help with tickets as time allows

SCOPE

Site Support: This teams takes 2nd and 3rd level calls from the helpdesk and the Intern would help this team to accomplish their goals by providing support to the team in the above area’s

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis

Education: Pursuing a degree in an IT field

Experience: N/A

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: N/A

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Ability to work independently

  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
