Quad Client Services Director, Retail Media in United States

The Client Services Director, Retail Media, will support the onboarding, maintenance and growth of the In-Store Connect by Quad (ISCQ) program within multiple assigned retail clients.

This individual will work in partnership with the SVP and VP of Strategic Retail Initiatives, any external sales and promotion partners and key client stakeholders (e.g., Chief Digital Officer, merchandising leaders, etc.) to help oversee the management and execution of the ISCQ program.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Quad’s relationship with each assigned retailer once relationship is solidified.

  • Help manage the in-store network by working closely with the retailer’s leadership team and stakeholders to ensure proper alignment with retailer’s weekly go-to-market plans.

  • Ensure proper mix of products to maximize available ISCQ media inventory.

  • Work with third-party sales and promotion partners to align promotions and messaging across channels to enhance the customer experience.

  • Work with the ISCQ Content Management team to ensure smooth hand-off of creative direction, messaging strategies and brand assets for retail-centric content to run on the ISCQ platform.

  • Manage sales and EBITDA for assigned retailer accounts through five basic requirements:

  • Retain retail partnership

  • Grow account through increased services and revenue

  • Improve profitability and EBITDA

  • Support and help grow sales of the ISCQ platform within each retailer

  • Increase Quad's equity and worth as a partner supplier/company

  • Assist with strategic account and message planning for ISCQ platform within each identified retailer account; this includes sales plans, retention and growth targets and sales forecasting process.

  • Build and maintain client relationships with mid and senior-level executives.

  • Develop long-term client partnerships that results in a mutually beneficial, growth-oriented business and working relationship.

  • Influence to provide opportunities to educate the client on Quad services.

  • Assist in developing presentations for prospective clients, including QBRs, RFPs and proposals.

  • Ensure client is satisfied with performance of our ISCQ Team and level of service.

  • Act proactively to manage the business effectively.

  • Keep management informed regularly of events/issues that could impact client relationship.

  • Think strategically and tactically to meet client needs, to improve current services and to deliver new services.

  • Serve as the liaison between client and respective internal teams.

  • Ensure staff adheres to established processes and procedures to deliver timely and accurate services.

  • Oversee the development of estimates for new projects within establishing pricing guidelines'

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field required or the equivalent. (MBA a plus)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, with at least 8 years of management experience required

  • Knowledge of retail media and in-store media.

  • Knowledge/experience of the grocery industry.

  • Successful track record of leading teams to meet and exceed goals and objectives.
