GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Senior Recruiter at QuadMed plays a critical role in our talent acquisition team developing, driving, and implementing comprehensive search strategies to identify high-quality, diverse candidates for roles within assigned business segments. Delivers exceptional candidate and hiring team experiences for multiple positions and business groups. Acts as a subject matter expert in the field of Talent Acquisition and engages with the business to bring on board the talent needed to fuel business success. Demonstrates an advanced level of consulting skills and business acumen. Models and acts in accordance with QuadMed’s values, overseeing strategic hiring initiatives, coaching team members, and consulting closely with senior leaders to shape the future of our workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drives all aspects within each stage of the full cycle recruiting process, from strategy meeting to onboarding, across multiple functional groups or business segments.
Develops and implements sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, building QuadMed’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Partners with leaders to understand strategic business objectives and organizational design and recommends recruiting strategies to meet current and future talent needs.
Interacts with hiring leaders using advanced consulting skills that leverage an understanding of the business environment, industry and labor strategies, organizational structures, and compensation trends.
Engages in timely and appropriate communications with all candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Mentors and trains recruiters, promoting a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, sharing insights on market trends, talent strategies, and recruiting best practices.
Leads key initiatives to measure and optimize recruitment processes, strengthen the candidate experience, and influence change across the full talent acquisition team.
Represent QuadMed’s brand at industry events and networking opportunities, building strong connections within the talent community.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years recruiting experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with leadership and influence hiring strategies.
Influence skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing recruitment teams.
Exceptional communication skills, with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
Expert in ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools, with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
Proven ability to work successfully with diverse populations and demonstrated commitment to promote and enhance diversity and inclusion.
