Quad VP Sales, Integrated DM in United States

The VP Sales, Integrated Direct Marketing will lead a team of business development representatives and subject matter experts to drive high growth in the direct marketing and omnichannel agency marketplace. This role is responsible for enhancing business strategy, refining our go-to-market approach, and integrating solutions across all of Quad.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Sales Growth: Drive sales growth for the direct marketing agency by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

  • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and refine the go-to-market strategy to align with market trends and client needs.

  • Solution Integration: Connect and align direct marketing agency solutions with performance and traditional media to provide comprehensive offerings to clients.

  • Client Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Internal Processes: Build out internal processes for account handoffs to ensure seamless client experiences.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

  • Performance Management: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other leaders and cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, creative, media and manufacturing, to ensure effective execution of sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  • Experience: 10–15 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in leadership roles. 5+ years Agency experience, including audience, analytics, creative & account management experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the direct marketing or omnichannel agency space.

  • Strong track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

  • Frequent domestic travel required.
